Strengths based coaching by Mike Pegg

We can all benefit from having a mentor.

If you have a mentor, you might like to think about what that person does for you. How do they make you feel? What do they do for your energy? How do you feel in their presence?

Most people will agree that a mentor enhances their belief in themselves. This happens because a mentor sees your potential and helps you to see this in yourself.

I count myself as being very fortunate to have met Mike Pegg. Mike has been pioneering strengths based coaching for many years. He calls himself the positive encourager, which is exactly what he does. Mike has been a huge positive influence on my approach to life and work, including the development of Pain Coaching for chronic pain. For that, I am eternally grateful.

Mike appeared on an excellent podcast recently, called Music Talks, hosted by Terry Smith. The conversation delves into the life of the person, punctuated and illustrated by music of their choice across the eras. It’s a brilliant idea.

Here are the links to Part 1 and Part 2. Not only will you learn about the life of Mike, you will also be offered great insights into his very practical way of getting the best of people.

Enjoy.
