I am starting some face to face sessions in the next week or so. Here are some of the main ways that we are maximising safety.
Screening form
Before your session, you will need to complete a screening and consent form. I will email this to you so that you can return it before your session.
Locations
Initially, this will be The Chelsea Consulting Rooms by Sloane Square, and 132 Harley Street (New Malden Diagnostic Centre remains closed at this time).
- The days and hours will be confirmed asap.
Can I have an online session?
Yes. You have the choice of online or face to face.
I have been using online sessions for some years, so this is familiar territory.
Throughout the Covid-19, the vast majority of sessions have been online, which has worked very well. We get very good results this way. It is most certainly not a second best to face to face, especially with the Pain Coach approach for chronic pain and problem injuries.
My PPE
I will be wearing PPE according to the guidelines. This will include gloves, a mask and an apron.
Your PPE
You will be required to wear a mask unless there is a medical reason.
The clinics
Each location is following the guidelines in terms of social distancing, cleaning and PPE.

Your time
You should arrive no more than 10 minutes before your sessions for the purposes of social distancing.
If you have any particular questions, please do get in touch.
You can email me here.
